Meet the Team

  • Kelly Baker

    CEO

    Kelly has over 30 years of analytical consulting experience specializing in strategy, finance and marketing using advanced statistical analysis. She helps clients use data to better run their businesses by engaging in projects like predicting member retention (WHO will stay) or developing financial models (WHAT will happen if…). She uses R, Tableau, Power BI, @Risk Simulation, and Excel. She has in-depth experience leading analytics initiatives with large associations, such as AARP; and large corporations, such as ADT Security Services, thus bringing great wisdom and insight to the projects she leads. She has taught Business Statistics and Statistical Modeling at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business since 2008. Kelly has two degrees from the University of Virginia: a BA and MBA from the Darden School and recently earned a Certificate in Sustainable Finance and Investment from Yale School of Management. She is a mother of 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys being outdoors, scuba diving, swimming, and golf.

  • Maureen O'Shea

    CHIEF DATA OFFICER

    Maureen O’Shea is a data scientist and experienced problem-solver who is passionate about helping organizations leverage their data for making decisions and identifying opportunities. She is experienced in using Python and R for data wrangling, data modeling, and machine learning. Maureen has cultivated a particular interest in women-owned enterprises. She travels regularly to East Africa and advocates for entrepreneurship and impact investing within Africa. Maureen holds two master’s degrees from the University of Virginia; a Master of Science in Data Science and a Master of Science in Materials Science. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Loyola University Maryland. Maureen also holds a Certificate in Sustainable Finance and Investment from the Yale School of Management. She is the mother of 6 grown children. She enjoys college sports, traveling, hiking, distance running, tennis, and the arts.
